Hanne Sørvaag
Hanne Margrethe Fredriksen Sørvaag (born 27 December 1979) is a Norwegian singer-songwriter. For many years she was based in Stockholm, Sweden, mostly composing for other artists via Universal. Today she works from Oslo, Norway and has a career as a recording and performing artist. She released her first album, ''You Know Me'' ( Sony/Columbia), under the artist name Paris in 2002, an album that gave her three fair radio hits in Norway. Her second album, ''Talk of the Town'' (Diamond Road Music), was released in 2006 under her own name. The first single from the album was "I Don't Feel a Thing". Apart from her career as a performing artist, she has also been successful writing for other artists, notably " My Destiny" (co-written by Tim Baxter and Harry Sommerdahl), which was performed by Katharine McPhee in the ''American Idol'' finals in 2006. Norway was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 with the song "Haba Haba" written by Beyond51, Big City and Stella Mwangi. The song was performed by Stella Mwangi. The Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK) organised the national final ''Melodi Grand Prix 2011'' in order to select the Norwegian entry for the 2011 contest in Düsseldorf, Germany. 21 entries competed in the national final that consisted of three semi-finals, a Last Chance round and a final. Soraya Arnelas Rubiales (; born 13 September 1982), better known mononymously as Soraya, is a Spanish singer. Soraya represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow with the song " La noche es para mí", finishing 23rd with 23 points. Sopho "Sofia" Nizharadze ( ka, სოფო ნიჟარაძე, ) is a Georgian singer, actress, and songwriter who represented Georgia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 with the song " Shine". Didrik Solli-Tangen (born 11 June 1987) is a Norwegian singer who represented Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 with the song " My Heart Is Yours". Biography Solli-Tangen was born in Porsgrunn. From his early years he was interested in music, and at 15 years old he joined a band, first as the drummer, and later as lead singer, performing in front of classmates and family, and joined the local “high school musical”. By the time he reached upper-secondary school his father had him receive voice coaching from Anders Vangen. Though at the beginning he refused to try singing in an operatic style, considering it old fashioned, he began slowly to accept the idea. Fredrik Kempe
Fredrik Kempe (born 29 April 1972) is a Swedish songwriter and opera and pop singer, who was born in Vårgårda. He has participated in Swedish versions of the musicals ''Les Misérables'' and ''Chess''. In 2002, Kempe had a hit with ''Vincerò'', where he mixed opera and Euro disco. He was a jury member in '' Idol 2016'' which was broadcast on TV4. From 2013 to 2020, he was married to Christoffer Järkeborn.
