Han Myŏnghoe
Han Myŏnghoe (; 26 November 1415 – 28 November 1487) was a Korean politician and soldier during the Joseon period. He was the most trusted tactician of Grand Prince Suyang during the 1453 coup and the subsequent events that resulted into Suyang becoming King Sejo. He was listed as a first rank meritorious subject in 1453 () and in 1455 (). In 1460, his third daughter, Han Naengi, married Crown Prince Haeyang (the future King Yejong). Between 1466 and 1467, Han Myŏnghoe became the Chief State Councillor of Joseon, and his youngest daughter, Han Songi, married Prince Jalsan (the future King Seongjong). In 1468, Crown Prince Haeyang became Yejong, the 8th King of the Joseon Dynasty, and Han Myŏnghoe's daughter, Han Naengi, was posthumously honoured Queen Jangsun and her father was reappointed Chief State Councillor. Han Hwak
Han Hwak (; 1400 1456), nicknamed Ganyijae (), was a politician and a diplomat during the Joseon period of Korea. He served as Left State Councillor. Han Hwak is mostly known by his second daughter, the Queen Insu. She married the son of Prince Suyang (who was a son of King Sejong). Some years later, Suyang became King Sejo, the seventh King of the Joseon Dynasty, and his son became Crown Prince Uigyeong. The honorary title Queen Insu was granted when one of the children of Insu and Uigyeong became the King Seongjong of Joseon. Sin Sukju
Sin Sukchu (; August 2, 1417 – July 23, 1475) was a Korean politician during the Joseon period. He served as Prime Minister from 1461 to 1466 and again from 1471 to 1475. He came from the Goryeong Sin clan (). Sin was an accomplished polyglot, and was particularly well educated in the Chinese language.Handel (2014): 294. He served as a personal linguistic expert to King Sejong, and was intimately involved in the creation and application of the Korean alphabet known in modern times as Hangul. Sin used the newly created hangul system to create an accurate transcription of spoken Mandarin Chinese in 15th century Ming dynasty China. ''Insu, the Queen Mother'' () is a 2011 South Korean historical television series, starring Chae Shi-ra, Hahm Eun-jung, Kim Young-ho, Kim Mi-sook, Baek Sung-hyun and Jeon Hye-bin. Jo Hee-bong (born August 23, 1971) is a South Korean actor. Hee-bong began his acting career in 1997 as part of the theatre troupe Bipa (비파).
