The 1993 Halloween Havoc was the fifth annual Halloween Havoc professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by World Championship Wrestling (WCW). It took place on October 24, 1993, from the Lakefront Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana. In 2014, all of WCW's Halloween Havoc PPVs became available on WWE's streaming service, the WWE Network. In professional wrestling, a heel (also known as a ''rudo'' in ''lucha libre'') is a wrestler who portrays a villain, "bad guy", "baddie", "evil-doer", or "rulebreaker", and acts as an antagonist to the Face (professional wrestling), faces, who are the heroic protagonist or "good guy" characters. Charlie Norris
Charles Norris (October 21, 1963 – February 6, 2023) was an American professional wrestler, best known for his tenure in the World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 1993. Harold Fitzgerald Hogue (November 13, 1965 – January 23, 2024) was an American professional wrestler. He is best known for his tenure with World Championship Wrestling, where he wrestled under the ring names Ice Train and M. I. Smooth. Gary Michael Cappetta (born December 12, 1952) is an American professional wrestling ring announcer, author, voice over artist, screenwriter, stage performer, and teacher.
