Warrego Highway
The Warrego Highway is located in southern Queensland, Australia. It connects coastal centres to the south western areas of the state, and is approximately 715 km in length. It takes its name from the Warrego River, which is the endpoint of the highway. The entire highway is part of the National Highway system linking Darwin and Brisbane: formerly National Highway 54, Queensland began to convert to the alphanumeric system much of Australia had adopted in the early-2000s and this road is now designated as National Highway A2. Leichhardt Highway
The Leichhardt Highway is a major transport route in Queensland, Australia. It is a continuation northward from Goondiwindi of the Newell Highway, via a section of the Cunningham Highway. It runs northward from Goondiwindi for more than 600 kilometres until its termination at the Capricorn Highway near the small town of Westwood. Dalby–Jandowae Road
Dalby–Jandowae Road is a continuous road route in the Western Downs region of Queensland, Australia. The road is signed as State Route 82. Dalby–Jandowae Road (number 421) is a state-controlled regional road. Route Description The Dalby–Jandowae Road commences at an intersection with the Warrego Highway (A2) in . It runs north through and the south-western corner of , where it passes the exit to Macalister–Bell Road before passing between Jimbour East and , and then between Jimbour West and . Moonie Highway
The Moonie Highway is a state highway of Queensland, Australia. Part of State Route 49, it leaves the Warrego Highway at Dalby and runs for over 290 km until it reaches St George. From there, State Route 49 continues west as the Balonne Highway. From Dalby, it continues north-east as the Bunya Highway. The highway serves agricultural settlements as well as oil and gas fields. Route description The Moonie Highway is part of two of the many practicable routes from the south-east of Queensland to the south-east of South Australia. It is also on the shortest route to St George and Cunnamulla from any locality on or near the Queensland coast from Bundaberg to Coolangatta. Bunya Highway
The Bunya Highway is a state highway of Queensland, Australia. It is a relatively short road, running approximately 173 kilometres in a south-westerly direction from Goomeri to Dalby. The highway connects the Warrego and Burnett Highways. It is a state-controlled regional road (numbers 45A (Dalby to Kingaroy) and 45B (Kingaroy to Goomeri)). The Bunya Highway passes near the Bunya Mountains National Park, which is popular with tourists. The highway is named after the Bunya-bunya ''Araucaria bidwilli'', which grows in the area and the seeds of which were (and still are) a favourite food of the Aborigines. The road continues east of Goomeri as the Wide Bay Highway, connecting it to Gympie. In 2008, the intersection with Burnett Highway was reconstructed to favour Murgon-bound traffic.
