Hugh Franklin Waters (July 20, 1932 – April 16, 2002) was a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. Education and career Born in Hackett, Arkansas, Waters received a Bachelor of Science in agricultural engineering from the University of Arkansas in 1955. Capybara
The capybara or greater capybara (''Hydrochoerus hydrochaeris'') is the largest living rodent, native to South America. It is a member of the genus '' Hydrochoerus''. The only other extant member is the lesser capybara (''Hydrochoerus isthmius''). Hackett High School is a comprehensive public high school located in the rural community of Hackett, Arkansas, United States. The school provides secondary education for students in grades 7 through 12. It is one of nine public high schools in Sebastian County, Arkansas and the sole high school administered by the Hackett School District. In addition to Hackett, the school's attendance boundary includes Hartford, Midland, and almost all of Bonanza.
