''HaAh HaGadol 1'' (, lit. ''The Big Brother 1'') is the first series of the HaAh HaGadol, Israeli version of the reality show ''Big Brother (TV series), Big Brother''. The show was first broadcast on Channel 2 (Israeli TV channel), Channel 2 on 1 September 2008, and ended on 16 December 2008. Erez Tal and Assi Azar co-host the show. The show aired on Sunday and Tuesday nights. In addition to the main show broadcast on Channel 2 (Israeli TV channel), Channel 2, there was a 24-hour live stream on the Hot (Israel), HOT channel 20, and also on the Internet via Mako. Internet viewers could choose which camera images they want to view, while Hot (Israel), HOT viewers could only see camera images chosen by the Big Brother staff. Erez Moshe Tal (; born 27 July 1961) is an Israeli television host. Early life Born as Erez Moshe Ben-Tulila in Tel Aviv, Israel, to Jewish parents. His father, Aharon Ben-Tulila, immigrated from Algeria, whereas his mother Edna is Israeli-born. His family Hebraized its surname to Tal (dew in Hebrew) when he was four years old. Career His first hit program was ''Ma Yesh?'' ("What's Up?"), broadcast on Galatz, Israel's IDF Radio, where he started his partnership with Avri Gilad. Tal and Gilad co-hosted TV show ''Ha'olam Ha'erev'' (The World Tonight) in the early 1990s, broadcast on the then-experimental Channel 2. Bitan Aharon () is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the Sharon plain between Hadera and Netanya, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In it had a population of . History The moshav was founded in 1936. During its first years the members of the moshav hired workers to plant orange groves while its members lived in the cities. A decade later the village became more developed with new settlers joining. In 1947 it had a population of 100. The village was named after Aharon (Archibald Jacob, "Archie") Freiman, a leader of the World Zionist Organization in Canada and an advisor to Yehoshua Hankin. The two were instrumental in raising the funds to purchase Emek Hefer (the Hefer valley) in the 1920s and to make it available for Jewish settlement. Binyamina
Binyamina-Giv'at Ada () is a town in the Haifa District in northern Israel. It is the result of the 2003 merger between the two local councils of Binyamina and Giv'at Ada. In 2019 its population was 17,371. Before the merger, the population of Binyamina was 6,607. History Binyamina Binyamina was founded in 1922. ''Big Brother'' is the British version of the international reality television franchise '' Big Brother'' created by producer John de Mol Jr. in 1997. Broadcast yearly from 18 July 2000 to 5 November 2018, and again from 8 October 2023, the show follows the format of other national editions, in which a group of contestants, known as "housemates", live together in a specially constructed house that is isolated from the outside world. Live television cameras and personal audio microphones continuously monitor them. Throughout the competition, housemates are "evicted" from the house by public televoting. Secular
Secularity, also the secular or secularness (from Latin , or or ), is the state of being unrelated or neutral in regards to religion. The origins of secularity can be traced to the Bible itself. Orthodox Judaism is a collective term for the traditionalist branches of contemporary Judaism.
