Glauber Braga
Glauber de Medeiros Braga (born 26 June 1982) is a Brazilian politician. He has spent his political career representing Rio de Janeiro, having served as federal deputy representative since 2011. Personal life Braga is the son of Roberto Ricardo Braga and Maria da Saudade Medeiros Braga. His mother was a noted left-wing politician. Braga has described Carlos Marighella, Plínio de Arruda Sampaio, Luís Carlos Prestes, Olga Benário Prestes, and Zumbi as his role models. In January 2020, Braga publicly announced that he was in a relationship with Sâmia Bomfim, federal deputy for the PSOL of São Paulo. The Chamber of Deputies ( pt, Câmara dos Deputados) is a federal legislative body and the lower house of the National Congress of Brazil. The chamber comprises 513 deputies, who are elected by proportional representation to serve four-year terms. The current President of the Chamber is the Deputy Arthur Lira ( PP- AL), who was elected on 1 February 2021. Structure The number of deputies elected is proportional to the size of the population of the respective state (or of the Federal District) as of 1994. However, no delegation can be made up of less than eight or more than seventy seats. Thus the least populous state elects eight federal deputies and the most populous elects seventy. These restrictions favour the smaller states at the expense of the more populous states and so the size of the delegations is not exactly proportional to population. Dilma Vana Rousseff (; born 14 December 1947) is a Brazilian economist and politician who served as the 36th president of Brazil, holding the position from 2011 until her impeachment and removal from office on 31 August 2016. Outsourcing Law In Brazil
The outsourcing law in Brazil, or Law Nº 13,429/2017, is a Brazilian law sanctioned (with three vetoes) on March 31, 2017 by president Michel Temer that allows companies to hire outsourced employees to work on primary activities, instead of secondary activities (such as maintenance or cleaning). Until then, there was no specific legislation regarding outsourcing, but decisions of the Labor Justice determined that outsourcing should only be allowed for secondary activities. In the Chamber of Deputies, the bill 4,302 of 1998 was approved on March 22 of that same year. The main proposal (outsourcing for primary activities) was kept. The bill also determined that, in cases of labor actions, the outsourced company ought to pay for the rights questioned in justice, if there is condemnation.
