Göran Ragnerstam
Göran Axel Ragnerstam (born 7 November 1957 ) is a Swedish actor. Ragnerstam was born in Stockholm; he grew up in Södermalm and later in Vällingby. His father was interested in theatre and acted out for his children. He encouraged Ragnerstam to move on to an acting course. Ragnerstam took part in plays in primary school primary education and secondary school. After that he worked on Posten AB, before he did military service conscription. An ad about training to be an actor got him to study at Kulturama, and after that he studied at NAMA in Malmö 1981–1984. After that he was involved in the Gothenburg City Theatre. Ragnerstam has also worked with Lars Norén. Ragnerstam was married to Carina Boberg and he is a cousin of author Bunny Ragnerstam. ''Arn: The Knight Templar'' () is an epic film based on Jan Guillou's trilogy about the fictional Swedish Knight Templar Arn Magnusson. The film was released to cinemas in Sweden on 17 December 2007 and the sequel, ''Arn – The Kingdom at Road's End'' (''Arn – Riket vid vägens slut''), was released 22 August 2008, but both films were combined into a single cut for the English release on DVD in 2010. ''Kopps'' is a 2003 Swedish action comedy film which was released to cinemas in Sweden on 7 February 2003, directed by Josef Fares. The name itself is a pun on pronouncing the English word "Cops" with a Swedish accent. Plot The film concerns the police force of a small fictional Swedish village, Högboträsk. The village is so peaceful that crime has become nonexistent. The police spend their shifts drinking coffee, eating hot dogs and chasing down runaway cows. This is all well and good for the village's own police, but the police management board wants to discontinue the local police force for lack of crime. This would mean the loss of income for the policemen, so they begin to stage crimes in order to preserve their jobs. This includes burning down the local hotdog stand, hiring a drunk to steal a packet of sausages, thrashing a local car, faking a shootout and staging a kidnapping using their friends as actors.
