Gymnastics At The 2019 European Games – Women's Artistic Qualification
Women's artistic gymnastics qualification at the 2019 European Games was held at Minsk Arena on June 27. The results of the qualification determined the qualifiers to the finals: 18 gymnasts in the all-around final, and 6 gymnasts in each of 4 apparatus finals. Two gymnasts per country could qualify to the all-around final, and one gymnast per country could qualify to the apparatus finals. 2019 European Games
The 2nd European Games 2019 (, ''Jeŭrapiejskija huĺni 2019''; , ''Yevropeyskiye igry 2019''), also known as the 2019 European Games or Minsk 2019 (; ), were held in Minsk, Belarus, from 21 June to 30 June 2019. The games featured 200 events in 15 sports (23 disciplines). Around 4,000 athletes from 50 countries participated. Ten of the sports offered qualification opportunities for the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. The opening ceremony at the Dinamo Stadium (Minsk), Dinamo Stadium was held on 21 June, and the closing ceremony at the same venue was held on 30 June. Senna Sandra Deriks (born 30 December 2000) is a Belgian former artistic gymnast. She competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics and the 2018 and 2019 World Championships. Gymnastics career Deriks began gymnastics when she was five years old because her older sister was also a gymnast. Junior Deriks made her international debut at the 2014 International Gymnix and helped the Belgian team finish fourth, and she finished 20th in the all-around. Céleste Mordenti
Céleste Mordenti (born 25 January 2003) is a Luxembourgish artistic gymnast. She represented Luxembourg at the 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023 World Championships. She is the first gymnast from Luxembourg to win a medal in a FIG World Cup event. Early life Mordenti was born in Munich, Germany, in 2003 to a German father and a French mother. When she was two years old, she moved to Luxembourg. After finishing high school, she moved to the Netherlands to attend Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
