Gusten Törnqvist
Gusten Axel Stefansson Törnqvist (born June 27, 1982) is a retired Swedish professional ice hockey goaltender. Playing career Törnqvist played junior hockey for his hometown team Luleå HF. For the 2002–03 season Törnqvist was brought up to Luleå's Elitserien team where he served as backup to Daniel Henriksson. He made his debut in Elitserien the following season on October 9, 2003, when Luleå defeated Modo Hockey 3–2 in a shootout. Due to recurring problems with knees and hips Törnqvist retired from ice hockey after the 2011–12 season. His last team was Asplöven HC Asplöven HC was an ice hockey club from Haparanda, Sweden, they last played in Sweden's third tier league Hockeyettan. Luleå HF
Luleå Hockeyförening, also known as Luleå Hockey, is a professional ice hockey club from Luleå, Sweden. The club has been playing in the Swedish Hockey League (SHL), the top tier of ice hockey in Sweden, since the 1984–85 season. They are the northernmost team in the league and have won the Swedish championships twice, in 1996 and 2025. Since being promoted to the top flight (then called Elitserien) in 1984, the team has not once had to participate in a promotion/relegation-qualifier to defend their spot in the top league. Modo Hockey (or MoDo with uppercase letters) is a professional ice hockey club in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden. The team currently plays in Sweden's second-tier league HockeyAllsvenskan after losing to HV71 after the play out following the 2024/25 season. The club was founded in 1987 and has won one title, the SHL championships, in 2007.
