Gürgen Öz (born 10 May 1978) is a Turkish actor. Life and career Öz was born on 10 May 1978 in Zonguldak. After finishing his middle and high school education at the TED Zonguldak College, he moved to Istanbul to continue his studies. After studying art history at Istanbul University for a year, he enrolled in Mimar Sinan University State Conservatory to study theatre. As a student, he wrote a play titled ''Alman Satrancı''. Kurken M. Alemshah (; 22 May 1907 – 14 December 1947) was an Armenian composer and conductor. Biography Alemshah was born in Bardizag (now , near İzmit, Turkey). He began schooling in his own hometown, but during the Armenian Genocide his parents sent the young boy to Italy to continue his education at the Moorat-Raphael College in Venice. In 1923, when his teachers there became aware of his striking musical gifts, they enrolled him at the Milan Conservatory to study music. Cemil Gürgen Erlertürk (1918 – 3 May 1970) was a Turkish footballer and Sailplane pilot. Career Football Cemil Gürgen Erlertürk was born in İzmir and played six seasons as forward for Galatasaray SK. In 1931 he visited Galatasaray SK and asked to join the team. He was not selected to the team. Cemil Gürgen Erlertürk has never won the Istanbul Football League with Galatasaray, although he became top scorer of the Istanbul Football League. In 1939-40 he scored 30 goals in 16 games. Gourgen Mkrtich Yanikian (, December 24, 1895 – February 27, 1984) was an Armenian genocide survivor. He is best known for the assassination of two Turkish consular officials, Consul General Mehmet Baydar and Consul Bahadır Demir. The event took place in Santa Barbara, California in 1973.. Sentenced to life imprisonment, Yanikian was released on parole in January 1984. He is the 1983 Grand Prix International St. Gervais silver medalist and a two-time Prague Skate bronze medalist (1981, 1984). Gourgen "Guros" Paronyan (; 1905–1981) was an Armenian painter, Honoured Artist of the Armenian SSR, and Member of the Armenian Artists' Union.
