PleÈ™cuÈ›a (), a commune in Arad County, Romania, is situated in the Hălmagiu Basin, at the foot of Codru-Moma Mountains and Metaliferi Mountains, along the upper course of the CriÈ™ul Alb River. It is connected with the GurahonÈ› Basin by the epigenetic defile of the CriÈ™ul Alb existing between PleÈ™cuÈ›a and GurahonÈ›. The commune stretches over 7000 hectares and is composed of seven villages: AciuÈ›a (''Acsuca''), BudeÈ™ti (''Bugyfalva''), Dumbrava (''Körösdombró''), Gura Văii (''Vojkaháza''), PleÈ™cuÈ›a (situated at 116 km from Arad), Rostoci (''Rosztócs'') and Tălagiu (''Talács''). Strunga () is a commune in IaÈ™i County, Western Moldavia, Romania. It is situated 55 km from IaÈ™i city.
