Gunotsav Assam is an initiative of Government of Assam in Elementary education and Secondary school education, by Samagra Shiksha Assam to uplift the quality of education in schools for students, infrastructure of schools and teachers to students ratio. The Government of Assam or Assam Government abbreviated as GoAS, is the Subnational legislature, state government of the Indian state of Assam. PM-Poshan
The Mid Day Meal Scheme, officially PM-POSHAN, is a mandatory free school meal programme in India designed to better the nutritional status of school-age children nationwide. The programme supplies free lunches on working days for children in government primary and upper primary schools, government aided ''anganwadis'' (pre-school), ''madrasas'' and '' maqtabs''.
