Guingamp
Guingamp (; ) is a commune in the Côtes-d'Armor department in Brittany in northwestern France. With a population of 7,115 as of 2020, Guingamp is one of the smallest towns in Europe to have a top-tier professional football team: En Avant Guingamp, which played in Ligue 1 from 2013 until 2019. Guingamp station is served by high speed trains to Brest, Rennes and Paris, and regional trains to Brest, Lannion, Carhaix, Paimpol and Rennes. History The town has the remains of three successive castles, the last of which was razed to the ground by the order of Cardinal Richelieu in the early 17th century. 2013–14 Ligue 1
The 2013–14 Ligue 1 was the 76th season since its establishment. The season began on 9 August 2013 and ended on 17 May 2014. Paris Saint-Germain were the defending champions. As in the previous years, Adidas provided the official ball for all matches, with a new Adidas Pro Ligue 1 model to be used throughout the season for all matches. On 7 May, Paris Saint-Germain won their second straight Ligue 1 title just before losing 2–1 to Rennes. The title was secured before PSG kicked off when Monaco drew 1–1 against Guingamp. The 2008–09 Coupe de France was the 92nd season of the French most prestigious cup competition and was open to all clubs in French football, as well as seven teams from overseas departments and territories (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia and Réunion). Ligue 2 (, League 2), also known as Ligue 2 BKT due to sponsorship reasons, is a French professional football league. The league serves as the second division of French football and is one of two divisions making up the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP), the other being Ligue 1, the country's top football division. Contested by 18 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with both Ligue 1 and the third division Championnat National. Seasons run from August to May, with teams playing 34 games each, totalling 306 games in the season. The Stade municipal de Roudourou () is a stadium in Guingamp, France, that is the home ground of Ligue 2 side En Avant Guingamp. It is located in the district from which it takes its name. The name Roudourou comes from the Breton ''roudour'' meaning "ford", of which it is the plural. Vincent Marie Louis (22 June 1750 – 14 March 1752) was the son of Louis Jean Marie de Bourbon, Duke of Penthièvre and Maria Teresa d’Este. He died before his second birthday.
