''Gudarna på Västerbron'' is the second studio album by Swedish hip hop group Hov1, with the first being their self-titled debut album, ''Hov1 (album), Hov1''. ''Gudarna på Västerbron'' was released on 6 April 2018 as digital download and on streaming platforms, through Universal Music. The album was recorded in a studio in Hornstull, Sweden and proved successful in the country, debuting at number one on the Sverigetopplistan, Swedish Albums Chart. As of 2 May 2020, the album has charted for a total of 108 weeks in Sweden. ''Gudarna på Västerbron'' also placed at number one on the Album year-end chart in 2018 in Sweden, as well as number seven on the chart for 2019. All songs were written by Hov1, while the album mainly was produced by the group's producer and member, Axel Liljefors Jansson. Hov1 (pronounced Hovet) a Swedish hip hop group formed in 2015 signed to EMI, EMI Sweden / Universal Music Group, Universal Music Sweden. The group has released four studio albums; ''Hov1 (album), Hov1'', ''Gudarna på Västerbron'', ''Vindar på Mars'', ''Barn av vår tid (album), Barn av vår tid'', and one mixtape ''Montague (album), Montague''. They all charted atop the Swedish Albums Chart. The group have had 26 top 10 hits on the Swedish Singles Chart, with 12 of them reaching the top spot. In 2025, Hov1 announced their disbandment after 10 years, following a farewell tour in July and August. Sverigetopplistan (, lit. "the Sweden top list") is the Swedish national record chart, based on sales data from IFPI Sverige. It was formerly known as Topplistan (1975–1997) and Hitlistan (1998–2007) and has been known by its current name since October 2007.
