Greg Phillips (born 26 March 1959) is a former Australian rules football player who played for the Port Adelaide Football Club in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL) and Collingwood Football Club in the Australian Football League, Victorian Football League (VFL). The 1980 Adelaide State of Origin Carnival was the 21st Australian National Football Carnival, an Australian football competition. Erin Victoria Phillips (born 19 May 1985) is an Australian basketball player and former Australian rules football player. She played nine seasons in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) for five different teams and is a two-time WNBA champion. John Cahill (footballer)
John Cahill (born 27 April 1940) is a former Australian rules football player and coach. During his illustrious career he played football for Port Adelaide, and coached Port Adelaide, West Adelaide, South Adelaide in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL) and in the Victorian Football League (VFL) and in the Australian Football League (AFL). The Port Adelaide Football Club honoured Cahill by naming the award for the club's best and fairest player the John Cahill Medal. The 1983 VFL season was the 87th season of the Victorian Football League (VFL), the highest-level senior Australian rules football competition in Victoria. The season featured twelve clubs, ran from 26 March until 24 September, and comprised a 22-game home-and-away season followed by a finals series featuring the top five clubs. The All-Australian team is an all-star team of Australian rules football in Australia, Australian rules footballers, selected by a panel at the end of each season.
