Greenville is a city in and the county seat of Darke County, Ohio, United States, located near the western edge of Ohio about 33 miles northwest of Dayton. The population was 13,227 at the 2010 census. The Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) is the governing body of athletic programs for junior and senior high schools in the state of Ohio. Edward R. Olwine (born May 28, 1958) is a retired Major League Baseball pitcher. He played during three seasons at the major league level for the Atlanta Braves. Amateur career Olwine played college baseball for Morehead State University. In 1978 and 1979, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Hyannis Mets of the Cape Cod Baseball League, where he was the winning pitcher in the league's 1979 all-star game at Fenway Park, and helped Hyannis win the league championship in both seasons. Jack Edward Baldschun (born October 16, 1936) is an American former professional baseball player. He was a relief pitcher in Major League Baseball (MLB) for all or part of nine seasons (1961–67; 1969–70), for the Philadelphia Phillies, Cincinnati Reds and San Diego Padres. Baldschun threw and batted right-handed, and was listed as tall, weighing . Personal life Baldschun was a graduate of Greenville High School in his native Greenville, Ohio. He was originally signed by the Washington Senators out of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 1956.
