Goodbye (Alma Čardžić Song)
Bosnia and Herzegovina was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 1997 with the song "Goodbye", written by Milić Vukašinović and Sinan Alimanović, and performed by Alma Čardžić. Alma Čardžić
Alma Čardžić ( sr-cyrl, Алма Чарџић; born 10 March 1968) is a Bosnian singer. She's best known internationally for her participation in the Eurovision Song Contests in 1994 and 1997. Biography Born in Maglaj she demonstrated a flair for music even as a child. When she was 15 years old, she was judged the best amateur at the ''Studentsko ljeto'' (Student Summer) festival. In 1992, she competed in Jugovizija 1992, with the song ''Ljubav će pobijediti'' where she achieved 10th place, and in 1993, she competed in the ''Bosanskohercegovačko takmičenje za pjesmu Evrovizije'' (Bosnia and Herzegovina Competition Song Contest) where she was placed second with the song ''Svi na ulice'' (Everybody on the street). Milić Vukašinović
Milić "Mića" Vukašinović ( sr-cyr, Милић-Мића Вукашиновић; born 9 March 1950) is a Serbian and Yugoslav musician and songwriter, best known as the vocalist, guitarist and songwriter of the hard rock and heavy metal band Vatreni Poljubac. Vukašinović has also recorded a number of solo albums, and was a one-time drummer for popular rock bands Indexi and Bijelo Dugme. Vukašinović started his career in Sarajevo in the mid-1960s, playing in local bands. In 1970, he became the drummer for Indexi, and in 1976 joined Bijelo Dugme as a temporary replacement for their drummer Ipe Ivandić, recording the album '' Eto! Baš hoću!'' with the group. Sinan Alimanović (born 11 February 1954) is a Bosnian jazz pianist, organist, composer, conductor, arranger and educator. Biography Sinan Alimanović has worked with American and European jazz musicians such as Randy Brecker, Harvie S, Duško Gojković, Erich Kleinschuster, Alex Blake, Victor Lewis, Barbara Hendricks, Gianni Basso, Aladar Pege, Vaclav Zahradnik, Lee Harper, Csaba Deseo, Jim Mullen, Robert Balzar, Jože Privšek, Miljenko Prohaska, Tony Lakatos, Tony Fisher, Ladislav Fidri, Stjepko Gut, :sl:Petar Ugrin, Petar Ugrin, Bobby Sanabria and many others. Safet Plakalo (4 March 1950 – 19 March 2015) was a Bosnian playwright, journalist, theatre critic and a founder of Sarajevo War Theatre (SARTR).
