Gonzalo Oliveira (born 17 February 1995 as Gonçalo Oliveira) is a Portuguese-born tennis player who currently represents Venezuela and plays on the ATP Challenger Tour. Gonçalo De Amarante
Gundisalvus of Amarante, OP (; 1187 – 10 January 1259) was a Portuguese Catholic priest in the Order of Preachers. He joined the order as a hermit after his return from a long pilgrimage that took him to both Rome and Jerusalem. Pope Pius IV beatified him in 1561. Life Gundisalvus was born in 1187 in Portugal to nobles. It was said at his baptism he fixed his intense gaze upon the crucifix as he was being carried to the baptismal font. He was devoted to Jesus Christ in his childhood and decided to become a priest. The Archbishop of Braga ordained Gundisalvus and the latter distributed his great wealth to his nephews. Gundisalvus worked in the parish of Saint Paio de Vizela and obtained leave so as to go to visit Rome and Jerusalem while leaving his nephew, also a priest, in charge of the parish. Gonçalo Pereira
Gonçalo (Gonçalves) Pereira (c.1280–1348) was a Portuguese prelate of the Catholic Church who served as the archbishop of Braga from 1326 until 1349. Pereira was a son of Gonçalo Pires Pereira, who held the titles of count of the Kingdom of Portugal and knight commander of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. After being raised at the court of King Denis of Portugal, he studied law at the University of Salamanca, where he met Teresa Peres Vilarinho (1285-?). Their son, Álvaro Gonçalves Pereira (c. 1310 - c. 1379), was the father of Constable Nuno Álvares Pereira, an ancestor of the House of Braganza. After completing his studies, he returned to Portugal, where he became a canon of the Cathedral Chapter of the Diocese of Tuy and, later, dean of the Chapter of the Cathedral of Porto. Gonçalo Nicau (born 3 July 1982) is a Portuguese former professional tennis player who competed in the ITF Men's Circuit. He achieved his highest singles ranking of 531 in the world by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) in February 2007. Though he did not enter a singles event in the ATP Challenger Tour, Nicau did play in the doubles event at the 2006 Estoril Open and was selected for two Davis Cup ties in 2006.
