A goal or objective is an idea of the future or desired result that a person or a group of people envision, plan, and commit to achieve. People endeavour to reach goals within a finite time by setting deadlines. A goal is roughly similar to a purpose or aim, the anticipated result which guides reaction, or an end, which is an object, either a physical object or an abstract object, that has intrinsic value. Goal (2018 Film)
''Goal'' () is a 2018 Sri Lankan Sinhala children's film directed by Rohan Perera and produced by Susara Dinal for Maharaja Entertainments as a Sirasa Movie. It stars Jayalath Manoratne and Chandani Seneviratne in lead roles along with Anula Bulathsinhala and Kaushalya Fernando. Music composed by Suresh Maliyadde. It is the 1309th Sri Lankan film in the Sinhala cinema. Plot The film revolves around a bunch of talented boys in a very remote school Millawitiya Junior School in Kaluwara Eliya. The fate of the children changes when new coming teacher, Samarasekara Sir (played by Manoratne) introduces them to football, an alien game to the children until that point. Oxyfluorfen
Oxyfluorfen is a chemical compound used as an herbicide. It is manufactured by Dow AgroSciences, Adama Agricultural Solutions and 4Farmers under the trade names Goal, Galigan, and Oxyfluorfen 240. Oxyfluorfen is used to control broadleaf and grassy weeds in a variety of nut, tree fruit, vine, and field crops, especially wine grapes and almonds. It is also used for residential weed control. It was first registered in the USA by Rohm and Hass, 1979, though their experiments started in 1974. Game Oriented Assembly Lisp (GOAL, also known as Game Object Assembly Lisp) is a programming language, a dialect of the language Lisp, made for video games developed by Andy Gavin and the ''Jak and Daxter'' team at the company Naughty Dog. It was written using Allegro Common Lisp and used in the development of the entire ''Jak and Daxter'' series of games (excluding ''Daxter'' and '' Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier''). Design GOAL's syntax resembles the Lisp dialect Scheme, though with many idiosyncratic object-oriented programming features such as classes, inheritance, and virtual functions. Global Overseas Adoptees' Link (G.O.A.'L) is an organization in Seoul, South Korea, for adoptees. History The first major task of GOAL was to lobby for the inclusion of adoptees in the Overseas Koreans Act. This act was passed in 1999 and allowed adoptees residency on a F-4 visa. The visa gives every adoptee the right to reside and work in Korea for three years at a time and can be renewed. GOAL was founded by Ami Nafzger in 1997. On 29 December 2010, GOAL opened its first overseas branch, GOAL USA, in Santa Barbara.
