Go! Comi was the publishing imprint of the American multimedia company, Go! Media Entertainment, LLC, established to "specializ(e) in publishing Japanese comics for the American market, and in creating new manga and manga-oriented properties for both the Japanese and American markets". History Go! Comi was launched in 2005 by writer David Wise (writer), David Wise and his wife Audry Taylor; the former served as the company's CEO, with the latter as creative director. David Wise (writer)
David Wise (February 1, 1955 – March 3, 2020) was an American television and animation writer, tutored by writers such as Ursula K. Le Guin, Frank Herbert, Harlan Ellison and Theodore Sturgeon whilst attending the Clarion Workshop. He wrote several episodes for television series like ''Star Trek: The Animated Series'', the The Transformers (TV series), 1984 Transformers cartoon and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987 TV series), 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon. is a manga series written by Shinji Wada and illustrated by You Higuri. ''Crown'' was serialized in the ''shōjo'' manga magazine, ''Princess Gold'' magazine around 2005. The 14 chapters and 6 volumes were published in Japan, France, Germany and other countries. The first 2 volumes were published in the United States in 2009 by Go!
