Its seat is the village of Bobrowniki, which lies approximately south-west of Lipno and south-east of Toruń. The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2006 its total population is 3,044. Włocławek (Polish pronunciation: ; german: Leslau) is a city located in central Poland along the Vistula (Wisła) River and is bordered by the Gostynin-Włocławek Landscape Park. Nieszawa (Polish pronunciation: ; german: Nessau) is a town and a commune in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland.
