Give, Denmark
Give is a small railway town, with a population of 5,050 (1 January 2025),BY3: Population 1. January by rural and urban areas, area and population density The Mobile Statbank from Statistics Denmark in Denmark 30 km northwest of Vejle. As a result of "The Municipal Reform" of 2007 Give Municipality was forced to join Vejle Municipality by the Løkke government. The town is served by Give railway station which used to be the last stop going northwest from Vejle. Later the railway line would be continued to Herning and Holstebro. Give Church was erected in the 12th century close by a sacred spring. The village of Give has since expanded and grew to prominence in 1892 when the Vejle–Give railway was opened. Marc Pedersen (born 31 July 1989) is a Danish retired professional football player. Club career Early years In 2007, he went from the youth team in FC Midtjylland, where he was captain, to Vejle Boldklub. Here he was part of the successful team which was promoted to the best Danish youth league in the fall of 2007. On 1 January 2008 he joined the senior first team squad in Vejle Boldklub. Djurgårdens IF Marc Pedersen became Djurgården last signing before the 2012 season of Allsvenskan. He did a promising pre-season and was in the premier of the league against IF Elfsborg away rewarded a spot in the starting eleven. In the second half he scored on a corner. Torben Chris
Torben Chris Nielsen (born 13 February 1977) is a Danish standup comedian. Media attention towards him began to surface during various events such as the DM in stand-up 2003 Comedy Fight Club on TV 2 Zulu and host of Comedy Zoo. Career In 2003 he qualified for the semifinals of the championship in stand-up with his 12th show ever. The following year he made it to 4th place, and while Torben Chris completed his teacher training at Jelling College, he played on with stand-up. In 2005 he gave two shows at that year's Jelling Music Festival after winning a talent competition at Vejle Local Radio. In 2006, Torben Chris was placed at number 3 at DM in stand-up and has since appeared several times on Comedy Zoo, Kulcaféen, numerous danish venues and clubs around the country as well as at major international festivals.
