Gina Mosbrucker
Gina Rae Mosbrucker (born 1963) is an American politician who served as a member of the Washington House of Representatives since January 1, 2015, when she was sworn in 11 days ahead of most new Washington state legislators, until January 13, 2025. She was elected in 2014 to succeed retiring Republican Charles Ross. Klickitat County is a county located in the U.S. state of Washington. As of the 2020 census, its population was 22,735. The county seat and largest city is Goldendale. The county is named after the Klickitat tribe and contains part of the Yakama Indian Reservation. History Klickitat County was created out of Walla Walla County on December 20, 1859. Samuel Hill was an early promoter of the area, promoting better roads and building local landmarks such as a war-memorial replica of Stonehenge ( Maryhill Stonehenge) and a mansion that would become the Maryhill Museum of Art. Charles R. Ross is an American funeral director and politician from Washington. Ross is a Republican Party member of the Washington House of Representatives, representing the 14th district. Career In 1990 after graduating from Naches Valley High School, he enlisted in the United States Navy on August 27. After completing his basic training in San Diego, CA he was assigned to VAQ-134 an Electronic Warfare Squadron of EA-6B’s based at NAS Whidbey Island. In November 1992 he deployed with his squadron onboard the aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk (CV-63). During this West Pac he participated in Operation Restore Hope off the coast of Somalia and then moved to the Persian Gulf to conduct combat operations in Southern Iraq. He was awarded the Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, National Defense Medal and the Southwest Asia Service Medal.
