Gilles Yapi
Gilles Donald Yapi Yapo (born 30 January 1982) is an Ivorian former professional Association football, footballer who played as a midfielder. Club career Born in Abidjan, Yapi Yapo started his career at ASEC Mimosas and then moved to Europe with K.S.K. Beveren, Beveren. He joined FC Nantes, Nantes on a loan contract in January 2004, and on 17 May, he signed a three-year contract, because his contract with Beveren was due to expire in the summer. At this stage of his career, he played as an attacking midfielder. He was on the fringe at Nantes in the 2005–06 season, prompting a loan move to BSC Young Boys, Young Boys. He then joined Young Boys on a permanent basis, where he played as a defensive midfielder and playmaker. Wankdorf Stadium () is a football stadium in Bern, Switzerland. The second largest all-seater football stadium in Switzerland, it is the home ground of BSC Young Boys. It was also one of the venues for UEFA Euro 2008. History The present-day Stadion Wankdorf was built on the grounds of the former Wankdorf Stadium, which hosted the 1954 FIFA World Cup final (''The Miracle of Bern''), and was then demolished in 2001. The new stadium has a capacity of 32,000 spectators, all seated. Integrated into the roof are solar panels with a yearly production of 1,200,000 kWh. The Uhrencup is a association football, club football tournament, held annually in Grenchen and Biel/Bienne, Biel in Switzerland. The Uhrencup is seen as a testament to the major influence that is exercised by the local watchmaking industry on the cultural lives of the area's residents ( is German for "watches"). 2011–12 FC Basel Season
The 2011–12 season is FC Basel's 119th in existence and the club's 18th consecutive season in the top flight of Swiss football.
