Gerasim "Rezo" Georgievich Khugayev (, ''Xwêgatê Géorgiyê fêrt Gérasim (Rézo)''; ka, გერასიმე ხუგაევი, ''Gerasime Khugaevi''; ; 15 November 1946 – 22 October 2024) was an Ossetian politician who served as Prime Minister of South Ossetia, Prime Minister of the Republic of South Ossetia from 1993 to 1994, then again from 2001 to 2003.
