	Geobalanus Oblongifolius ''Geobalanus oblongifolius'', commonly known as gopher apple, is an evergreen shrub. It grows in the sandhills of peninsular Florida as well as coastal Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, South Carolina and Georgia.
