Galyn Görg (surname pronounced George), also credited as Galyn Gorg, Galan Gorg and Gaylyn Görg (July 15, 1964 – July 14, 2020), was an American actress and dancer, best known for her role in the film '' RoboCop 2'' as Angie, the villain Cain's girlfriend and subordinate; on '' M.A.N.T.I.S.'', television's first black superhero program, as Lt. Maxwell; on the television show ''Twin Peaks'' as Nancy O'Reilly; and as a starring dancer on two separate Italian variety shows, '' Fantastico'' on the channel ''RAI'' and '' SandraRaimondo Show'' on the channel ''Canale 5''. Personal life Görg was born in Los Angeles, California to an actress/model mother and a documentary filmmaker father. She was raised in Hawaii and majored in liberal arts at Santa Monica City College. Görg died of cancer on July 14, 2020, a day before her 56th birthday. The Groundlings
The Groundlings is an American improvisational and sketch comedy troupe and school based in Los Angeles, California. The troupe was formed by Gary Austin in 1974 and uses an improv format influenced by Viola Spolin, whose improv techniques were taught by Del Close and other members of the Second City, located in Chicago and later St. Louis. They used these techniques to produce sketches and improvised scenes. Its name is taken from Shakespeare's ''Hamlet'', Act III, Scene II: "...to split the ears of the groundlings, who for the most part are capable of nothing but inexplicable dumbshows and noise." In 1975 the troupe purchased and moved into its location on Melrose Avenue. The Groundlings School holds sessions every six weeks with over 300 students per session, with more than 2,000 students per year going through the program. ''Point Break'' is a 1991 American action film directed by Kathryn Bigelow and written by W. Peter Iliff. It stars Patrick Swayze, Keanu Reeves, Lori Petty and Gary Busey. The film's title refers to the surfing term " point break", where a wave breaks as it hits a point of land jutting out from the coastline. ZZ Top is an American rock band formed in Houston, Texas, in 1969. For almost 56 years, it consisted of vocalist-guitarist Billy Gibbons, drummer Frank Beard (musician), Frank Beard, and bassist-vocalist Dusty Hill prior to his death in 2021.
