Dick Clement
Dick Clement (born 5 September 1937) is an English writer, director and producer. He became known for his writing partnership with Ian La Frenais for television series including '' The Likely Lads'', ''Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads?'', ''Porridge'', ''Lovejoy'' and ''Auf Wiedersehen, Pet''. Early life Born in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, England, Clement was educated at Bishop's Stortford College, and then spent a year in the US on an exchange visit. Upon his return, he completed his National Service with the Royal Air Force. He then joined the BBC as a studio manager and started writing scripts and comedy sketches. Writing partnership with Ian La Frenais Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais have enjoyed a long and successful career embracing films, television and theatre. Wendy Morgan (born 1958) is an English actress. She won the award of "Best Newcomer — Actress" at the Evening Standard British Film Awards in 1980. James Aubrey (actor)
James Aubrey Tregidgo (28 August 1947 – 6 April 2010), known professionally as James Aubrey, was an English stage and screen actor. He trained for the stage at the Drama Centre London, some years after making his professional acting debut in a production of ''Isle of Children'' (1962) and his screen acting debut in the film adaptation of ''Lord of the Flies'' (1963). He later performed with the Royal Shakespeare Company. Early life and education Aubrey was born in 1947 in Klagenfurt, Austria. His parents were Major Aubrey James Tregidgo and Edna May Tregidgo (née Boxall). Dickon Tolson is a British actor who started training at the Anna Scher Theatre school when he was 8 years old. Between 1996 and 1998, he appeared as Lee Simms in 12 episodes of ''Peak Practice''.
