Fábio Rocha Chiuffa (born 10 March 1989) is a Brazilian handball player who plays for HC Dobrogea Sud and the Brazilian handball team. He won two gold medals at the Pan American Games and competed at the 2016 Olympics. The 2016 Pan American Men's Handball Championship was the 17th official competition for senior men's national handball teams of North, Center, Caribbean and South America. Handball (also known as team handball, European handball, Olympic handball or indoor handball) is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outcourt players and a goalkeeper) pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the opposing team. A standard match consists of two periods of 30 minutes, and the team that scores more goals wins. Modern handball is played on a court of , with a goal in the middle of each end.
