Fue Lee ( RPA: ''Fwm Lis''; born August 26, 1991) is a Hmong-American politician serving in the Minnesota House of Representatives since 2016. A member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL), Lee represents district 59A, which includes parts of northern Minneapolis in Hennepin County. Follicular unit extraction (FUE; also follicular unit excision or follicular transfer, FT) Performed under local anaesthetic, FUE procedure involves the harvesting of individual hair follicles from the donor site at the back of the head using a tiny 0.8 - 1mm punch which creates an incision around the top of the follicle and extracts them directly from the scalp. is a Japanese former football player and manager. Playing career Fue was born in Kagoshima Prefecture on February 22, 1973. After graduating from high school, he joined Mazda (later ''Sanfrecce Hiroshima'') in 1991. He played many matches as a forward and offensive midfielder from 1994.
