Reinhold Fritz (16 March 1884 – 30 October 1950) was a German operatic bass-baritone. He was engaged at the Stuttgart Court Opera for 25 years and was awarded the title Kammersänger. He performed a broad repertoire of both serious and comic roles, and participated in world premieres including the first version of '' Ariadne auf Naxos'' by Richard Strauss, Siegfried Wagner's '' An allem ist Hütchen schuld!'' and Hindemith's '' Das Nusch-Nuschi''. Madeleine Alberta Fritz (3 November 1896 – 20 August 1990) was a Canadian palaeontologist. She was a professor at the University of Toronto, where she taught vertebrate studies in the department of Geology. Fritz's writing on the fossil Bryozoa along with her research on the stratigraphy of Toronto and the surrounding areas were major contributions to the geological field. Fritz is considered one of the pioneering researchers on the Palaeozoic fossil Bryozoa, which is a type of sea creature that bonds together and builds joint skeletons composed of tiny chambers or tubes. Trienssa Lanja Fritz (born 1995), also known professionally as Lanja Fritz is a sprinter from Nauru. Career Fritz has competed as a sprinter within Nauru and internationally. She began competing as a teenager and in 2008 represented Nauru in the Pacific School Games in Canberra. In the 2009 Nauru National Games, she won gold in the 60 metres.
