Fredrik André Bjørkan
Fredrik André Bjørkan (born 21 August 1998) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Eliteserien club Bodø/Glimt and the Norway national team. Club career Bodø/Glimt Bjørkan was born in Bodø, Nordland. He started playing for hometown club Bodø/Glimt as a youth, and made his first professional appearance at age 17, on 13 April 2016, in the Norwegian Football Cup, against IF Fløya, which Bodø/Glimt won 6–0. He made his league debut for Bodø/Glimt on 17 April 2016 against Molde where Bodø/Glimt lost 2–1. Hertha BSC On 1 December 2021, Bjørkan signed for Hertha BSC on a contract until 2025, joining at the beginning of the January transfer window. Bjørkan moved back to Bodø/Glimt in January 2023. 2021 FK Bodø/Glimt Season
The 2021 season was the club's fourth straight campaign in the Eliteserien since their promotion in 2017. 2020 FK Bodø/Glimt Season
The 2020 season was Bodø/Glimt's third season back in the Eliteserien since their relegation at the end of the 2016 season. They finished as champions of the Eliteserien for the first time, and in turn qualified for the UEFA Champions League for the first time, whilst the Norwegian Cup was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Norway. Aasmund Bjørkan
Aasmund Bjørkan (born 3 July 1973) is a Norwegian former professional footballer who was appointed manager at Bodø/Glimt after the 2015 season. He had been the assistant of former manager Jan Halvor Halvorsen since 2013. He has previously been head coach of the First Division sides Alta and Ranheim. As a player, he played as a winger for Bodø/Glimt and Vålerenga, and won the Norwegian Cup in 1993 and 2002. Playing career Bjørkan made his debut for Bodø/Glimt in 1991, and helped win promotion ahead of the 1993 season. In his first Norwegian top division season in 1993 he played all 22 league games. He remained a steadfast first-team player at Bodø/Glimt until changing club to Vålerenga in the middle of the 2000 season. After some meagre seasons he returned to Bodø/Glimt in August 2002.
