Freddy García (football Manager)
Freddy Manuel "Petroleo" García Loayza (born 22 November 1959) is a Peruvian football manager who most recently was the manager of Alfonso Ugarte in the Copa Perú. Managerial career García began his career as a manager in 1998 when he took charge of his home town club Deportivo Bolito. He quickly took them to 1st Division of Tacna. Then in 2001 he took Bolito into the later stages of the Copa Perú, but was later replaced by Ítalo Herrera, who then went on to win the 2001 Copa Perú. Now promoted to the top-flight, the club Sport Bolito changed its name to Coronel Bolognesi FC, and García was appointed assistant manager to Roberto Di Plácido. García would then be act as interim and assistant manager of the Tacna club from 2002 to 2006 and served as an assistant to up-and-coming managers like Roberto Mosquera and Jorge Sampaoli. Tacna
Tacna, officially known as San Pedro de Tacna, is a city in southern Peru and the regional capital of the Tacna Region. 2013 Copa Libertadores
The 2013 Copa Libertadores de América (officially the 2013 Copa Bridgestone Libertadores for sponsorship reasons) was the 54th edition of the Copa Libertadores de América, South America's premier international club football tournament organized by CONMEBOL. Cusco

The 2010 Segunda División season was the 65th edition of the second tier of Federación Peruana de Futbol. There were 10 teams in league play. The champion, Cobresol, was promoted to the 2011 Torneo Descentralizado. The last place, Tecnológico, was relegated to 2011 Copa Perú. The tournament was played on a home-and-away round-robin basis. In February 2010, IDUNSA signed a strategic alliance with the club Carlos A. Mannucci, by the product of this "strategic alliance" IDUNSA will pass to be called ''Carlos Mannucci'' and light up the classical colors of the tricolor. Moquegua
Moquegua (, founded by the Spanish colonists as Villa de Santa Catalina de Guadalcázar del Valle de Moquegua) is a city in southern Peru, located in the Department of Moquegua, of which it is the capital. 2008 Peruvian Segunda División
The 2008 season of the Peruvian Segunda División season was the 63rd edition of the second tier of Federación Peruana de Futbol. There were 10 teams in play. Only 7 teams from last season remain. Sport Águila, from the 2007 Copa Perú, was promoted to this season's edition, and Total Clean and Deportivo Municipal were relegated from the first division. Unión Huaral was not relegated last season but they dropped out and participated in the Copa Perú. Each team will play 27 games. The teams will first play home-and-away games. The teams will then play each other for a third time. The team that will play at home is going to be determined by the results of the first two games: the one with the better aggregate will play at home.
