Françoise Meunier (MD, PhD, FRCP, UK) is a Belgium, Belgian medical doctor specialised in oncology, former Director General of the EORTC, European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer(EORTC) and Founder of thEuropean Initiative on Ending Discrimination Against Cancer Survivors She got elevated to Baroness in 2007 by Albert II of Belgium, King Albert II of Belgium.
