François Létourneau
François Létourneau (born 1974 in Sainte-Foy, Quebec, Sainte-Foy, Quebec) is a Canadians, Canadian actor and writer, best known as co-creator and star of the television series ''Les Invincibles'', ''Série noire (2014 TV series), Série noire'' and ''Happily Married (TV series), Happily Married (C'est comme ça que je t'aime)''. He studied political science at Université Laval in the 1990s, while pursuing acting work in theatre as an extracurricular hobby, and then studied theatre at the Conservatoire d'art dramatique de Montréal, where he graduated in 1999. Sainte-Foy (; ) is a List of former municipalities in Quebec, former city in central Quebec, Canada alongside the Saint Lawrence River. Genie Award
The Genie Awards were given out annually by the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television to recognize the best of Canadian cinema from 1980–2012. They succeeded the Canadian Film Awards (1949–1978), known as the "Etrog Awards" for sculptor Sorel Etrog, who designed its statuette. Genie Award candidates were selected from submissions made by the owners of Canadian films or their representatives, based on the criteria laid out in the ''Genie Rules and Regulations'' booklet which were distributed to Academy members and industry members. Peer-group juries, assembled from volunteer members of the Academy, met to watch the submissions and select a group of nominees. Academy members then voted on these nominations.
