Carlos Clay de França (born 1 January 1980) is a Brazilian association football coach and former player. He works with Sampdoria as the club's Under-18 youth coach. Playing career França started his European career playing for the small Barcelona-based club CE Europa. He scored a goal for the team to win a promotion to Tercera División in 2005.
