Frank Mendicino is an American attorney and politician. He served as a Democratic member of the Wyoming House of Representatives. Life and career Mendicino started college at the University of Colorado, but transferred to the University of Wyoming. The Wyoming House of Representatives is the lower house of the Wyoming Legislature, Wyoming State Legislature. There are 62 Representatives in the House, representing an equal number of single-member constituent districts across the Wyoming, state, each with a population of at least 9,000.
