Matt Fritchman (born December 1, 1975), better known by the pen name Matt Fraction, is an American comic book writer, known for his work as the writer of ''The Invincible Iron Man (comics), The Invincible Iron Man'', ''Future Foundation, FF'', ''The Immortal Iron Fist'', ''Uncanny X-Men'', and ''Hawkeye (Clint Barton), Hawkeye'' for Marvel Comics; ''Casanova (comics), Casanova'' and ''Sex Criminals'' for Image Comics; and ''Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen'' for DC Comics. Early life Matt Fraction was born on December 1, 1975, in Chicago Heights, Illinois. As a child, he developed an affinity for telling stories, and he enjoyed reading comic books and strips. The first comic he remembers buying was ''Batman (comic book), Batman'' #316 (Oct. 1979), and he liked newspaper comics ''Peanuts'' and ''Doonesbury''. Warren Girard Ellis (born 16 February 1968) is an English comic book writer, novelist, and screenwriter. ''G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero'' (also known as Action Force in Finland, Sweden and the UK) is a military-themed line of action figures and toys in Hasbro's G.I. Joe franchise. The toyline lasted from 1982 to 1994, producing well over 500 figures and 250 vehicles and playsets. The line reappeared in 1997 and has continued in one form or another to the present day.
