Football Federation Of The 6th Department Caazapá
The Football Federation of the 6th Department Caazapá (''Federación de Fútbol Sexto Departamento Caazapá'') is the departamental governing body of football (soccer) in the department of Caazapá, in Paraguay. The federation is responsible for the organization of football leagues in the different cities of the department and it is also the regulator of the clubs. The main office of this federation is located in the city of Caazapá. Tournaments for each league of this federation are played every year to determine the best teams. Afterwards, the champions of each league face each other to determine the best team in the department, with the overall winner being promoted to a higher division in the Paraguayan football league system. Caazapá Department
Caazapá () is a department in Paraguay. The capital is the city of Caazapá. Among Paraguayans, the department is well known for its orange and mandarin trees, and for its forest hills. The eastern part of Caazapá is relatively undeveloped and consists of rolling hills and large swaths of Brazilian Atlantic interior rainforest between the San Rafael mountains to the south and the Ybytyruzú mountains to the north. The western part is an area of low-lying marshes and swampland area, and consists of wetlands and tributaries to eastern Paraguay's largest river, the Tebicuary. Many indigenous groups make their home in what remains of the rainforest, especially south of the unpaved highway between San Juan Nepomuceno and Tavaí. Caazapá
Caazapá () is a city in Paraguay, founded in 1607, by Friar Luis de Bolaños. It is located in the Caazapá District and is the capital of the Caazapá Department. There are five neighbourhoods called "Barrios" in the city: Then main one is the Barrio San Pablo, the other 4 are: Barrio Santa Teresita, Barrio San Blás, Barrio San Antonio, and Barrio San Roque-within which is the original Chapel, built by franciscans during the Spanish rule in Paraguay. The Franciscan mission at Caazapá was an important event in Paraguayan cultural heritage. The Paraguayan football league system is a series of interconnected leagues for football clubs in Paraguay. Overview At the top is the ''Primera División'' or ''División de Honor'' (first division) with 12 clubs. Below the 1st level is the ''Intermedia'' (second division). In order to get promoted to the Intermedia there are two subdivisions at the 3rd level: the ''Primera División B Metropolitana'', which comprises teams from the Gran Asunción area; and the ''Primera División B Nacional'' which contains the best teams from the different Departments of Paraguay. The 4th level is similar, with the ''Primera División C'' containing only teams from the Gran Asunción area. Yuty
Yuty is a town in the Caazapá Department of Paraguay. Located to 98km to the south of the department capital Caazapa and to 330km to the South East of the national capital Asuncion. Its name origin has two theories. The first claims it comes from the Guarani terms ''yu'' + ''ty'' (place of thorns) The second asserts that as the place used to be a reunion site and the natives when asked where they were coming from responded. "Ayu aty hagui" which means "I come from the meeting place" the contraction of that phrase supposedly evolved into the current name Yuty.
