Floria Márquez (born February 11, 1950, in Caracas) is a Venezuelan singer and actress. She grew up in a musical family, her mother was a classical-trained pianist, and one of her brothers is singer Rudy Marquez. She began to sing professionally at adult age, performing the Latin music genre called ''Bolero'' (the Latin music equivalent to the American "Ballad"). She has performed in Colombia, Bahamas, Aruba, Mexico, Argentina, and the USA, where she has successfully performed several times at the famous Fontainebleau Hilton Hotel in Miami Beach. Cheo Feliciano (3 July 1935 – 17 April 2014) was a Puerto Rican singer and composer of salsa and bolero music. Feliciano was the owner of a recording company called "Coche Records". He was the first tropical singer to perform at the "Amira de la Rosa Theater" in Barranquilla, Colombia, and in 1987 he played the role of Roberto Clemente's father in the musical ''Clemente''. Early years Feliciano (birth name: José Luis Feliciano Vega) was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, where he was raised and educated. His parents were Prudencio Feliciano and Crescencia Vega. Armando Manzanero Canché (7 December 1934 – 28 December 2020) was a Mexican musician, singer, composer, actor and music producer, widely considered the premier Mexican romantic composer of the postwar era and one of the most successful composers of Latin America. He received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in the United States in 2014. He was the president of the Mexican Society of Authors and Composers (Sociedad de Autores y Compositores de México).
