Floida Kërpaçi is an Albanian politician, member of the Socialist Movement for Integration The Freedom Party (, PL), formerly known as the Socialist Movement for Integration (, LSI), is a social democratic political party in Albania. The party was formed on 6 September 2004, when Ilir Meta defected from the Socialist Party of Albania ... (Albanian: Lëvizja Socialiste për Integrim, LSI). Kerpaci is currently the Chairwoman of Youth Movement for Integration (Albanian: Lëvizjes Rinore për Integrim, LRI). Kerpaci was born on May 17, 1994, in Saranda, Albania. Since 2013, she has been studying at the University of Medicine, Tirana, Faculty of Pharmacy. The Parliament of Albania () or Kuvendi is the unicameral representative body of the citizens of the Republic of Albania; it is Albania's legislature. The Parliament is composed of no less than 140 members elected to a four-year term on the basis of direct, universal, periodic and equal suffrage by secret ballot. The Freedom Party (, PL), formerly known as the Socialist Movement for Integration (, LSI), is a social democratic political party in Albania. The party was formed on 6 September 2004, when Ilir Meta defected from the Socialist Party of Albania (PS). A proposal to change its logo, name and other symbols was unanimously approved at the party's National Convention (Congress) on 25 July 2022. The party is seen as more socially conservative than the Socialist Party of Albania. Through the use of the term "movement", the party attempted to give the message that it is open and inclusive. The other reason for using this term was its intention to differentiate itself from the other parties. The University of Medicine, Tirana (UMT) () is a public university of Health and Medical Sciences located in Tirana, Albania. History The history of UMT is rooted in the foundation of the Higher Education Institutes in Albania, with the creation of the Higher Institute of Medicine in 1952.
