Flocafé
Flocafé Espresso Room is a Greek franchise coffee house chain and belongs to Vivartia, a nutrition conglomerate brand that owns several similar franchises. Flocafé Espresso Room is one of the largest coffee chains in Greece and among the top branded chains in Europe (according to ©FoodService Europe & Middle East). With the cooperation of the Flokas family from Metsovo, well known for their pastry shops in Thessaloniki since the late 19th century, and the founders of Goody's, they opened its first outlet in Athens in 1994. It now operates over 100 coffee houses in the Balkan peninsula, Cyprus and on several cruise ships. In 2006 it held a 10.2% of the Greek market share. Free internet is provided by Vodafone. Vivartia Holding S.A. () is a food production conglomerate brand in Greece. Its head office is in Spata, Attica. Vivartia was formed by the merger of Delta Holding S.A. and Mechelany International S.A. This merger was the result of a process led by Justin Jenk, the then CEO of Delta Holding, Spyridon Theodoropoulos, majority shareholder of Chipita and Dimitris Daskalopoulos, majority shareholder of Delta. The merged entity became the largest food group in Greece. The merger was the culmination of a highly successful turnaround and improvement strategy put in place by Jenk in 2003. The major shareholder of Vivartia was the Daskalopoulos family until a 76.89% share was sold to the Marfin Investment Group. Goody's Burger House S.A. is a Greek fast food company. Headquartered in Spata, it is the country's leading fast food chain. History Goody's was founded in 1973 by Ioannis Dionisiadis, Achilleas Folias and Nikolaos Pappas in Thessaloniki. In July 2001, after a hostile acquisition, Delta Holding S.A. became the major stakeholder in the company. In September 2006, Goody's along with Delta and a few more companies, started working under the umbrella of a parent company named Vivartia, owned by the Marfin Investment Group.
