Fernando Guerrero (boxer)
Fernando Guerrero De La Cruz (born 12 October 1986) is a Dominican American, Dominican-born American middleweight professional boxer. Early life Guerrero was born in the Dominican Republic and also has Haitian roots from his father's side of the family. His parental grandfather's surname was ''Guerrier''. He moved to Salisbury, Maryland as a youth and attended Parkside High School. Amateur career Guerrero began to get noticed at age 16, when he competed in competitions at the US National Junior Olympics and World Cadet Junior Olympics. He defeated favored Shawn Porter. He won a silver medal at the 2006 National Golden Gloves Tournament and went on to win the United States national amateur boxing middleweight champions, National AAU championship at middleweight. Wicomico Youth and Civic Center is a multi-purpose arena located in Salisbury, Maryland. The main arena contains of space while the secondary arena contains . Zabdiel Judah (born October 27, 1977) is an American former professional boxer who competed from 1996 to 2019. He held multiple world championships in two weight classes, including the undisputed championship at welterweight in 2005, and the lineal championship from 2005 to 2006. He also held the International Boxing Federation (IBF) and World Boxing Organization (WBO) junior welterweight titles between 2000 and 2004, and the IBF title again in 2011.
