Fabián Cháirez
Fabián Cháirez (born 13 December 1987) is a Mexican plastic artist known for his paintings on sexuality and traditional masculinity (machismo). He is both a painter and sculptor. His work has been exhibited at the Museo del Palacio de Bellas Artes, Museo de Arte Moderno, and Museu de l'Art Prohibit. He has been based out of Mexico City since 2012. Multiple paintings of his have caused controversy over their themes of queerness and the subversion of gender roles in contrast to their subjects, notably ''La Revolución (painting), La Revolución'' and the works in his 2025 exhibit ''La venida del Señor''. Tuxtla Gutiérrez
Tuxtla Gutiérrez, or Tuxtla, (, ) is the capital and the largest city of the Mexico, Mexican southeastern state of Chiapas. It is the seat of the municipality of the same name, which is the most developed and populous in the state. Emiliano Zapata
Emiliano Zapata Salazar (; 8 August 1879 – 10 April 1919) was a Mexican revolutionary. He was a leading figure in the Mexican Revolution of 1910–1920, the main leader of the people's revolution in the Mexican state of Morelos, and the inspiration of the agrarian movement called ''Zapatismo''. Zapata was born in the rural village of Anenecuilco, in an era when peasant communities came under increasing repression from the small-landowning class who monopolized land and water resources for sugarcane production with the support of dictator Porfirio Díaz (President from 1877 to 1880 and 1884 to 1911). Saturnino Herrán Guinchard (9 July 1887 – 8 October 1918) was a Mexican Painting, painter influential to Latin culture in the late 19th and early 20th century. Biography Saturnino Herrán was raised in Aguascalientes, a city in North-Central Mexico ingrained with Spanish culture. His father owned "the only bookstore in the city" and was a professor of bookkeeping at The Academy of Science". Ángel Zárraga (y) Argüelles (August 16, 1886 in Victoria de Durango – September 22, 1946) was a Mexican painter. He was a founding member of the cultural organization '' El Ateneo de la Juventud''. His work was part of the art competitions at the 1928 Summer Olympics and the 1932 Summer Olympics. Tepito is a barrio located in Colonia Morelos in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City, Cuauhtémoc, a Boroughs of Mexico, borough of Mexico City bordered by Avenida del Trabajo, Paseo de la Reforma, Eje 1 and Eje 2.
