Elmacık () is a village in the central district of Hakkâri Province in Turkey. The village is populated by Kurds of the Ertoşi tribe and had a population of 176 in 2023. Hakkâri District
Hakkâri District is the central district of the Hakkâri Province in Turkey. The district had a population of 77,606 people in 2021 with the city of Hakkâri being its seat.
