Eilera
Eilera (born Aurélie Potin Suau) is a French musician, songwriter, guitarist and music producer. She is known for her idiosyncratic musical and vocal style within the Rock/Metal genre. Biography Eilera first started playing music at the age of twelve when she began taking classical guitar lessons. At the age of seventeen she moved on to the electric guitar and began playing metal music. At the age of nineteen she decided to form her own metal band but for some time was unsuccessful at recruiting members she could work with. It wasn't until she met members of the bands Hegemon, and Kalisia in Montpellier that she was able to put a working band together under the name of Suspiria. Spinefarm Records is a Finnish independent record label focusing mainly on heavy metal artists. It is a subsidiary of Universal Music Group. History Spinefarm Records was originally founded in 1990 by Riku Pääkkönen as a mail-order distribution company for rock and heavy metal albums and singles, but later became a record label for Finnish acts such as Nightwish, Children of Bodom, and Sonata Arctica. Kai "Hiili" Hiilesmaa (born December 1966) is a Finnish record producer and musician. He is the vocalist of the rock music, rock band The Skreppers, former drummer of the doom metal band KYPCK and former keyboardist of the rock band Daniel Lioneye. He has worked with several internationally recognized rock groups, including his near 20-year association with Finnish band HIM (Finnish band), HIM. Hiilesmaa began producing music professionally in 1995, recording with such bands as HIM, Amorphis and Apocalyptica. His trademarks include heavy, Distortion (music), overdriven guitar sounds and experimental synthesiser programming. Finnvox Studios is a recording studio located in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, Finland. It was founded by Erkki Ertesuo, Kurt Juuranto and Lejos Inc. in 1965 and is the longest running studio recording facility in Finland. The original multi-track recording equipment and continuous technical updates of the studio machines and acoustics soon made Finnvox the most sought after studio in the country. Finnish artists which recorded at Finnvox in the 1970s include Rauli Somerjoki, M. A. Numminen and their bands, Wigwam, Agit-prop and many others. Nightwish is a Finnish symphonic metal band from Kitee.
