Ezequiel Alexis Medrán (born 20 December 1980) is a retired Argentine footballer who played as goalkeeper and current manager of Atlético de Rafaela. Coaching career On 7 December 2018, Medrán was appointed manager of his former club, Torneo Federal A side Central Norte, in what would be his first ever coaching experience. In his first season at the club, he won promotion to the 2020 Primera Nacional.
