Evgeny Donskoy
Evgeny Evgenyevich Donskoy ( rus, Евге́ний Евге́ньевич Донско́й, , jɪvˈɡʲenʲɪj dɐnˈskoj; born 9 May 1990) is a Russian professional tennis player. He has a career-high ATP singles ranking of No. 65, achieved on 8 July 2013 and a doubles ranking of No. 161, achieved on 5 November 2012. Personal life He was born and currently resides in Moscow, Russia. Donskoy was mentored by former player and two-time Grand Slam champion Marat Safin. His favourite surface is hard courts. Career In 2010, Donskoy played doubles with the British player Morgan Phillips at the Seville Challenger, losing in the first round. The FISU World University Games, formerly the Universiade, is an international multi-sport event, organized for university athletes by the International University Sports Federation (FISU). The former name is a portmanteau of the words "University" and "Olympiad". Dan Evans (tennis)
Daniel Evans (born 23 May 1990) is a British professional tennis player from England. He has been ranked as high as world No. 21 in singles by the ATP, which he achieved on 7 August 2023. He reached a career-high ranking of No. 52 in doubles on 26 April 2021. In 2015, he formed part of the winning British Davis Cup team. James Ward (born 9 February 1987) is a British former professional tennis player. He is a Davis Cup champion and former British No. 2. He reached the quarterfinals of the 2010 Aegon International and the semifinals of the 2011 Aegon Championships as a wildcard entry. 2013 Davis Cup Europe/Africa Zone Group I
The Europe and Africa Zone is one of the three zones of the regional Davis Cup competition in 2013. In the Europe and Africa Zone there are four different groups in which teams compete against each other to advance to the next group. Winners in Group I advance to the World Group play-offs, along with losing teams from the World Group first round. Teams who lose their respective ties will compete in the relegation play-offs, with winning teams remaining in Group I, whereas teams who lose their play-offs will be relegated to the Europe/Africa Group II in 2014.
