Esta boca es mía () is an Uruguayan daytime talk show that is broadcast on Teledoce. It debuted on October 6, 2008, and is one of the channel's longest-running current programs. It is hosted by Victoria Rodríguez and airs on weekdays from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Format In each broadcast of the show, the current issues of the country are covered, such as journalistic and political issues. It has a panel of experts, special guests and a gallery of people who attend the study and can ask questions to the guests or panelists on the topics being analyzed. History The show debuted on October 6, 2008, and initially focused on topics such as infidelity, abortion, drugs, sexuality, among others. Shirley Valeria Ripoll Fraga (born 13 October 1982) is a Uruguayan trade unionist, civil servant, television personality and politician of the National Party. She was the party's nominee for vice president in the 2024 general election as Álvaro Delgado Ceretta's running mate. Early life and career Ripoll was born on 13 October 1982 in Montevideo, to Shirley Fraga, an ANCAP official, and Néstor Ripoll, a non-commissioned officer of the National Navy. The eldest daughter in a Catholic family, she has a younger sister, Joana. Raised in the Brazo Oriental neighborhood of Montevideo, she attended the ''Colegio Sagrado Corazón'' of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart. Manuel Juan Washington Abdala Remerciari, aka el Turco (born 8 September 1959, in Montevideo) is a List of Uruguayan lawyers, Uruguayan lawyer and politician. The 22nd Iris Awards ceremony, presented by the newspaper El País, honored the best of radio, television and social networks in Uruguay of 2016 and took place at the Radisson Montevideo Victoria Plaza Hotel, Montevideo. Beatriz Argimón
Beatriz Argimón Cedeira (born 14 August 1961) is a Uruguayan politician and notary of the National Party who served as the 18th vice president of Uruguay from 2020 to 2025, being the first woman to be elected in that position. After graduating from the University of the Republic in 1989 with a degree in notarization, she also studied human rights, family law, and juvenile law. She served as a National Representative for the Montevideo Department between 2000 and 2010, and has been a member of the National Party Board since 2009. She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Inter-Parliamentary Union since November 2020. She is an activist for women's rights, and was one of the founders of the "Network of Political Women" and of the "Bicameral Female Caucus" of the General Assembly.
